How it works
A guided set-up gets you started in about a minute, then the app does the math.
Set up once
Enter your opening balance, choose weekly or bi-weekly pay periods, and add your accrual rates. Or enter your hire date and the app moves you up automatically.
Tap to mark your days
Tap a day to mark it as a day off, a PTO day, an early out or unpaid hours. Switch between a full Year view and a detailed Month view.
See your balance
Hours worked, PTO taken and your running balance sit beside every week, so you know what you'll have today and at year end.

Track your balance
Enter your opening balance once. The app adds PTO as you work, using your own accrual rates, and takes it off on the days you use it.
Week by week
See your hours worked, PTO taken and running balance beside every week. The balance at the end of each pay period is underlined, so you know what you'll have going into the next one.
Built around your pay periods
Choose weekly or bi-weekly pay periods and the first Sunday of a pay period. PTO is credited on the last day of each period, just like your employer does it.
Your own accrual rates
Set up to 15 accrual rates based on years of service, or enter your hire date and the app moves you up automatically.
Year and Month views
Switch between a full Year view and a detailed Month view, and tap to mark your days.
Four kinds of days
Days off in blue. PTO days in green. Early outs in light green, with the hours you took. Unpaid hours in purple, which use no PTO and earn none.
Regular days off
Select your regular weekly days off once, and change them later from any date without touching the past.
Calendar, reminders and widget
Add your days to your Apple or Google calendar (Google through your account on the device). Get a reminder before a planned day off, and see your balance on a Home Screen widget.
Backup, colours and dark mode
Back up and sync with your own iCloud. Choose your own colours, plus light and dark mode.
Private by design
No account, no ads and no tracking. Your days and settings stay on your device, and in your own iCloud if you turn on backup. Read the privacy policy.
