Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 30, 2026
This policy covers the apps made by Out to Lunch Apps and this website. It has a section for each app, plus the parts that apply to everything.
Love Scorer
The short version: Love Scorer does not collect your personal information.
What the app stores
The app stores the following on your iPhone and Apple Watch so that it works:
- The match in progress: player names, score and match settings.
- Your saved match history: the names, final scores, dates, and statistics of matches you save.
- Your settings, such as voice, layout, font and sound options.
This information stays on your devices. We don't have access to it, and the app does not send it to us or to any server we run.
Sharing between your iPhone and Apple Watch
Scores you tap on your Apple Watch are sent to your iPhone over the connection between the two devices, using Apple's standard technology. They don't pass through our servers.
iCloud backup (optional)
If you turn on Back up to iCloud, your saved match history is copied to your own iCloud account using Apple's iCloud key-value storage, so it can be restored or shown on your other devices. This is handled by Apple under your Apple ID and Apple's own privacy policy. We cannot see it. You can turn this off at any time in Settings → Options.
Sharing matches
The app lets you share a match file or a picture of a match score. You choose whether to share and where it goes, using the iOS share sheet. Whatever you share, such as names and a score, is sent by the app you pick (Messages, AirDrop, Mail and so on) and is covered by that app's own policy.
Voice announcements
Score announcements use the speech voices built into iOS. The text is spoken on your device. Nothing is recorded, and the app does not use your microphone.
What Love Scorer doesn't do
- It doesn't collect personal data, and there are no accounts or sign-ups.
- It doesn't use advertising, analytics or tracking.
- We don't sell or share data, because we don't have any.
- It doesn't ask for access to your contacts, location, photos or microphone.
Deleting your data
You can delete saved matches in the app (swipe left on a match, or tap Clear all). Deleting the app removes everything it stores on the device. If you used iCloud backup, deleted matches are also removed from your backup.
PTO Tracker
The short version: PTO Tracker does not collect your personal information. There is no account, no advertising and no tracking. Your data stays on your devices and in your own iCloud account. We don't collect, access, sell or share it.
What the app stores
The app stores the following on your device so that it works:
- The days you log: days off, PTO days, early outs and unpaid hours.
- Your settings: your start date and balance, your hire date or years of service, your accrual rates, your pay period details, your regular days off and your appearance choices.
There are no accounts, and none of this is sent to us or to any server we run.
iCloud backup (optional)
If you turn on backup, your days and settings are saved to your own iCloud account using Apple's iCloud key-value storage, so they can be restored on your other devices or after you reinstall the app. This is handled by Apple under your Apple ID and Apple's own privacy policy. We cannot see it.
Calendar access (optional)
If you give permission, the app adds and updates all-day events for the days you select, in the calendar you choose. This includes Google calendars you have set up on your device, and anything added to them is then handled by that calendar provider under its own policy. The app only removes events it created. It doesn't read or upload your other calendar events.
Notifications (optional)
If you turn on reminders, they are scheduled on your device. No notification information leaves your device.
Home Screen widget
The widget shows your balance using a small summary that is shared only between the app and the widget on your device.
Feedback emails
If you send feedback from the app, it opens your email app with a message that includes the app and system version. Nothing is sent unless you press send. We use your email address and message only to reply to you.
What PTO Tracker doesn't do
- It doesn't collect personal data, and there are no accounts or sign-ups.
- It doesn't use advertising, analytics or tracking.
- It doesn't use any third-party services.
- We don't sell or share data, because we don't have any.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app deletes the data it stores on your device. To remove your iCloud backup, turn off iCloud for the app or manage your iCloud storage in Settings. To remove the calendar events the app added, use the app's option to remove them before you delete the app.
